Welcome to the second New Moon of the 2023 Zodiac Year in Taurus. This New Moon lunar cycle is occurring in conjunction with the karmic degree of Fate at 28 degrees. This is your time to empower your field of dreams to allow your garden of desires to root deeply into the material world.

At the time of the New Moon, there are six planets in Taurus, including the King, Jupiter. Together, Jupiter and Uranus want to shift, change, and recalibrate your connection to divine abundance and feel safe and secure in the world. The North Node leads the charge forward to be in sync with Nature and the Elemental world. The Earth in the 3rd dimension has been disconnected from the magical awareness of Spirit in the world. The Earth in the 5th dimension is Tara, a place of ever-pleasant weather, and eternal Spring. The Earth exists in this way due to the 5th-dimensional quality of Unconditional Love.

This lunar cycle is about returning to the Garden of Delight where you are atonement with all of Nature. This is where you see life as sentient, conscious, and alive with intelligence. Mars opposite Pluto RX: Conflict or Empowerment?

This New Moon cycle contains a Fixed Square with Pluto, Mars, and the Lunar Nodes. This combination is like nuclear fuel for transmuting the South Node in Scorpio as it passes through its final degrees. Pluto is ruled by The Judgement card in the Tarot and it feels like this is a clarion call to awaken souls from their unconscious slumber. This unconscious slumber is the repeated cycle of incarnating over and over and not being able to transcend earthly world karma.

When Pluto and Mars oppose each other, this transit has a powerful energy that can activate the innate primal fight, flight, or freeze responses. The key to working with this transit is to channel any aggressive urges into the transformative nature of Scorpio’s phoenix rising from ashes. Reach into your Capricorn-ruled House (Cancer’s opposing sign) to activate the exalted energy needed to nurture Mars, thus ending a very old cycle of karmic reincarnation. In harmonic Water trine to Neptune at 27 degrees Pisces, Mars is being given heavenly gifts from other realms of unconditional love. Pluto Retrograde is at 0 degrees Aquarius and is heading back toward 29 degrees Capricorn soon. Pluto will be in harmonic Earth trine to the Sun and Moon in Taurus. Pluto is the modern ruler of Scorpio and wants to give you new opportunities to change and transform. But first, you have to clean up old karmic residue in the areas that Capricorn rules in life – like the patriarchy, government, institutional rules, and regulations. The “Good ‘Ole Boys” club and the cigar smoke on Wall Street will have to go. That old energy doesn’t fit in the Aquarian way of life. It is no longer about helping yourself but moreso helping others first.
