As Chiron’s mirror reflected back the abyss of human suffering, it showed the effects of Pandora’s Box ~ the unleashing of all the vices and ills into the world. With Jupiter’s expansive descent into the Underworld, He desires to uncover the truth. What is the truth of Pandora and her Box (really a jar)? As the story goes, Pandora was created by Zeus as a gift to man after Prometheus had stolen fire to make humans more godlike. Pandora’s name means “all gifts”. The Wounded Healer
Chiron is known as the “Wounded Healer” and shares in your chart the wounding that you have come in with to heal in this lifetime.
